The main purpose of the Center of systems and networks is the development of design estimates for the various stages of design: system projects, schemes and concepts of development, JOI, work projects on networks and facilities for the group of companies JSC «Sistema Telecom», as well as for alternative operators.

Center to design communication systems and networks has the following types of design work for the networks of fixed and mobile communications, with application in projects of modern technological solutions:

• High-speed transportation network connection (cable, fiber-optic, microwave) for the operation of different networks with the use of modern technologies;
• Distance international, zonal, local telephone exchanges and networks;
• Data transmission networks, cable television, video conferencing;
• IP-network, intelligent network convergent network;
• broadband access networks both fixed and besprovodonogo (Wi Fi, Wi Max);
• Network and System radio telephone and radio;
• Networks and satellite communications systems;
• Networks and digital television;
• Organization of signaling and synchronization, the numbering system of networks, network management systems;
• System of fire alarm;
• Some elements of communication networks.
