Test Center of OJSC «Intellect Telecom»
was established and serves as a unified scientific and industrial basis to test, refine and implement innovative solutions in the areas of communication and telecommunications in the interests of operating companies of JSFC «Systema» and other customers.
By its destination Test Center is to ensure the implementation of pilot projects and developments as well as help to form and strengthen the image of OJSC «Intellect Telecom» as a multi-profile and universal R & D company which is capable to implement any innovative project starting with an idea up to its introduction.
Test Center solves the following objectives:
- Organization of pilot zones;
- Testing of various types of information, network and telecommunication equipment for interoperability with networks of JSFC «Systema» group of companies and between different manufacturers;
- Conduct of field tests of equipment for compliance with stated parameters and technical expertise of proposed solutions offered for introduction;
- Ensuring the refinement of technical solutions before their installation in the network with the modeling of problem situations in the laboratory;
- Accompanying and support of introduced technical solutions in operators’ networks of JSFC «Sistema» group of companies;
- Support of the demo-room;
- Technical support of the practical mastering of new technologies for the specialists of operating companies of JSFC«Systema».

Services on the introduction of new technical solutions
A package of services to extensively support equipment manufacturers, capacities of Test Center and areas to model complex solutions is offered to customers who plan the deployment of new networks or the expansion of existing networks, upgrading on the basis of advanced technologies to help them to minimize the risks of implementation and significantly reduce the time of putting into service.
Inspection of the site of the equipment
Checking the status of buildings and engineering systems in the installation of equipment makes it possible to develop recommendations for site preparation to installation, to avoid unforeseen delays at the stage of installation and commissioning.
Modeling Network
Testing of the technical solutions in a specially equipped site allows you to minimize the risks of introducing complex network solutions, to simplify the search and identification of technical problems related to topology and a distance from each other of the network.
Scheduling tests
Prepare a detailed program-testing methodology for making this process completely transparent to the customer, gives confidence that the successful completion of tests ensures full compliance with network requirements
Participation in the two-test network
Integrated testing of the network is conducted in the presence of the customer after completion of commissioning of the network at all. Successfully passing the test ensures compliance with the implemented system to the customer requirements.

Under the technical support includes not only the standard warranty, but the work and consultations relating to the operation of the network client and its development.
