OJSC “Intellect Telecom” (www.i-tc.ru) together with FSUE NII Radio and Huawei presented the world's first polyscreen video information system with ambient sound in the Russian pavilion at the World Exhibition “Expo 2010” in Shanghai. The solution was implemented on the equipment of Huawei - the world leader in providing solutions for next generation networks - and with the help of the Huawei specialists.
Currently, polyscreen video information systems are widely used to provide different video data in crowded places, at sport events, exhibitions, conferences, as well as to operationally notify the public of emergencies. The super-HD problems for polyscreens are solved. However, there is no solution for audio broadcasting to be listened individually by anyone on a selected screen of a polyscreen. Another problem is to provide support to enable listening in various languages.
OJSC “Intellect Telecom” and FSUE NII Radio have proposed and patented a new solution based on the broadcasting of the individual audio for each screen in a polyscreen via a cellular network. At that the selection of a screen in a polyscreen and the selection of a language for listening is done by a subscriber in the interactive mode by menu, which is transmitted by BTS to a standard cellular phone in the polyscreen area.что-то
