Corporate Governance

The structure of the corporate management of the company is based on several basic principles: transparency of all business processes for investors and partners, active and professional Board of Directors, consistency in the solution of all questions. OJSC «Intellect Telecom» is guided by these principles in all its activities, including strategic management, management of financial reporting, auditing, risk management, personnel policy, corporate management and social policy of the company.

Principles and procedures of corporate management of OJSC «Intellect Telecom» are constituted in the Charter of the Company, which defines the management structure and competence of managers at all levels. Code of Corporate Conduct and Code of Ethics contain additional obligations of OJSC «Intellect Telecom» to further improve transparency, the process of collective decision-making, social responsibility and ethical principles that guide the Company in its relations with partners, public authorities, employees and shareholders.

The main management bodies of the Company — General meeting of shareholders, Board of Directors, Director-General and Board of administration/. The organizational structure of the Company is based on the principle of operational management, when the management determines the key issues and creates bodies with competence to deal with them
