Today scholars and specialists from various research and design institutes, research postgraduates and students of universities and higher schools work in OJSC «Intellect Telecom».
Most personnel have scientific degrees and are engaged in research, development and project activities. Most of our experts have the honorary titles of Masters of communications, academicians of the International Academy of communication. The head of one of the directions is the winner of the Lenin Komsomol Prize, and has a number of authors' certificates of the USSR State Committee for Inventions and discoveries.
